Strangely enough, I actually did just complete an SFR on a 1004 on last week for a $3M home. First one in years. Because that's what that client wanted, not because I only sell one type of SR2 report.

It felt just like riding a bike.

Why? To prove to you I can still appraise an SFR? That I can still fill out a report form?

Besides, your power snivel is that I can't possibly understand your pain without experiencing it every day. Not that I don't know how to do what you do.

Tell you what, I'll post my diagram, which I also know that I'm doing more for my 1004 than you have ever done in your 1004s. I had to do some redaction on this one, too.
