Strangely enough, I actually did just complete an SFR on a 1004 on last week for a $3M home. First one in years. Because that's what that client wanted, not because I only sell one type of SR2 report.

It felt just like riding a bike.

Nobody other than appraisers know anything about AMC fees.

IMO-Political parties that allowed it to happen, new exactly what they were doing. (It's all about the money) Just peek at all the $$$$$$$$ diverted to their pockets, in the past15+ years' time.
