TAF Partnered With REVAA

Due to the sensitive position of the Foundation as the
autonomous standard setting body for the appraisal profession,

sponsoring organizations shall be particularly diligent to not
engage in any activity that could jeopardize or undermine the
Foundation's position.

- A Sponsor of the Foundation shall not represent that it has a
special relationship with the Foundation in any written or oral

communication that is not approved in these guidelines. This
shall include, but not be limited to language such as: special
advisor, financial supporter, contributing member, original
member, etc.

Sponsors shall maintain a high standard of ethical and professional conduct
for themselves and their members, observe all federal, state, and local laws
and promote the mission of the Foundation.

- Compliance with the foregoing is self-evident.

Laughable.

Eventually this will all end in conspiracy and corruption by the Stakeholders. And like any aggrieved groups that has been sliced, diced, and hog tied, appraisers will find a class action attorney, become a protected class, and sue the Stakeholders. I don't see any alternatives.

Then why are they listed as being so on the TAF website?
Thanks for demonstrating why no one should pay any attention to your thoughts and opinions, least of all your research ability. Partners must be not for profit organizations. RSDS is not listed as a TAF Partner.

Peace to you and yours.

You haven't answered my question: is RSDS part of the IAC?

And don’t try to weasel your way out of it by trying the sponsors, vs partners, vs IAC council shtick. Most people here can read through that bull****.

That was not the question. Read above. Your question, in response to my statement "RSDS is not a TAF Partner" was "Then why are they listed as being so on the TAF website?"

Use your stellar research skills to determine the answer.

Peace to you and yours.
