Dog stays in car, in shade, with windows down, no-one knows the difference. Where is the problem?

On the other hand, raise your hand if a property owner's dog has caused *you* a problem. Wouldn't it be nice if they confined their dog to their car while you were completing the inspection? An appraiser I know locally was bitten recently, required a couple stitches.

that lay eggs with green shells

Those are probably Bantams. They lay small eggs with light blue and green shells.

Probably. There were plenty of Bantams ther. I am saving them for Easter so I won't have to dye so many eggs:rof:

You see Joker, whoever you really are, I am a people person. I am not some starched collar kind of a guy. Deal with it.m2:

I'm the most starched collar guy you'd ever want to meet. :rof:

I'm a people person too and I'm definately not a dog person. Having a dog doesn't make someone human or more "country" than someone else. I've had several dogs (we only have 2 now). All of them have liked to ride in the truck. I never took them anywhere that I didn't have prior permission from the property owner.

Some people have dogs that don't get along with other dogs. Do you want a Rottweiler jumping on your car to get at your Golden? Why should the property owner lock his dog up? It's not the Rott's fault. The Golden is in his turf.

I like ya Don, we just disagree. A dog on an inspection is just not professional.

Jokers just ****ed he can't get his favorite heifer or ewe to get in the back seat of his truck for a little "ride".

Gotta learn to read before responding Joker. I never said anything about locking anything up. That was someone elses post.

BTW, we have local Lawyer's, Nursing Homes, various clinics, and other professional offices where they bring their pets to work. What makes you a "Professional" and not them. Also, the Wells Fargo office next door has an employee that brings her dog in occasionally. My Bonnie has been coming to work with us for 8 years now. BTW, Bonnie says "Bark-Bark":flowers:

Hey man, I love ewe. :new_all_coholic:

Ok, unprofessional or impolite, take your pick. Either way, leave 'em at home.

A little off topic but I am also of the opinion that animals do not belong in the house. Unfortunately, I have a fffrrrickkin cat in the office right now! m2: Her staff isn't here so she thinks I will provide her some company. Wrong!

Anyone want a cat? :icon_mrgreen:

The only time I take a dog with me is when he's no longer a puppy or cute, and it's time to take him for a ride way out in the country. If you take three right turns followed by a left, they will not find their way back to your house. That's experience there folks, and free advice.

Better not, Joker, or I will tell...:nono: :rof: :rof: :rof:

It's no wonder appraising is not considered a profession.

Duh, I wear cut off shorts and a stained wife beater t shirt so you can see my barb wire tat on my bicep. I take my dog "spike" and my boa constrictor "bob" along too. By gosh it's my business what I wear. And I don't take off my flip flops in someone's house.

DAMM!T people! If you want to be a pro, look, act, and dress the part. And for God's sake, leave the pets at home. Not everyone thinks it's cute. It's sad really.

I hate it when I have to agree with a Hillbilly like Joker, but couldn't agree more.
