I was simply chiding your "great country" observation. Abortion has been with us since long before recorded history. You know what happens when you outlaw something like that. The same thing that happens when you outlaw premarital sex, alcohol, or drugs. You simply turn a large percentage of your citizens into outlaws. The activity will still take place, albeit in an unsanctioned, unsafe, & illegal manner.

As far as ESL goes, It was determined through multiple administrations that society functions better when everyone living here a chance to participate in it. We don't need a permanent underclass of people who don't speak English having to get by in some sort of "underground economy". Maybe their parents are too busy working for meager wages in our slaughter houses and produce fields (and building our homes) to properly educate them.

I doubt the the parents of the thousands of ESL students in urban districts are picking produce or working in slaughterhouses in central Ohio. The programs were never intended to deal with millions of illegals let in during the past 4 years and neither were the sanctuary laws they passed.

Trump is not truly conservative; he jumped with them because he saw an exploitable path to power. And the RW haters in his party saw him as a path to expensive the true ethical conservatives. They were perfect for each other. Trump is an opportunist and does not care about America despite his calculated appeal to patriotism and slogans- he is aligning with the globaistl elites as evidenced with his cabinet choices and advisors. - a big fat clue !

You are correct that Trump is not a conservative. But the conservative choice was not Haley.
