I Was In Error. Apparently There Is A 12th Member Of The Illinois 'appraisal Board'

It is inappropriate for a "higher-up" to try to act as a puppet-master over the members of the Board. There is more--the unavoidable and foreseeable result of the effort--but such is the effect and not the cause. I have great hope, given the high character and professionalism of the members of the Board, that this situation will eventually find its proper conclusion with the Board asserting itself.

The motive is what concerns me. I don’t care if it’s a higher up if it benefits the profession as a whole. In other words, if it’s the governor and he has the same goals (motives) as appraisers like public trust, I’m all for it.

Such is not the case.

I’ll speculate then and guess it is either a particular appraisal organization or a lender or an AMC or someone who represents lenders and/or AMC’s or a particular organization. Lol

Lee, you or somebody might be able to slip an email to the governor or somebody like the Secretary of State.

Re-read my prior posts over the past few days.

For now, what I have shared will have to suffice as I believe that the intent--shining some light where there was darkness--that brought me here has been satisfied. These strings--they circulate.

Hang in there bro!

Lee,
I have met and communicated with you a couple times over the years and have not been on the forum in a while. Thank you for your diligence. I am grateful you are aware of and monitoring the situation.
