Simple Research.and this Forum!

Double Sheesh! If you don't like the question someone asks, don't respond! No one has ever said you have to comment on everything someone might post. This is a free forum......both for the ignorant and the educated.

Many of the questions I see require "grey area" answers, (notice I didn't say "grey matter.") You will have to admit that most text books and even USPAP rarely give direct answers to specific questions. Many who ask are mostly those who have not experienced the issue and are seeking the opinions of others.

Keep in mind that one of the tests of accuracy is to determine what peers would do in the same situation.

I do not mind stupid questions.......as long as the spelling and grammar is correct. LOL

While I agree with the original concept to a degree, Mike's post hits it right on the head. There are a group of posters who feel they have a duty to respond to every question, and frequently do so by berating the OP for not providing enough data or not asking the question properly. This is worse than asking what most would consider a basic question.

Life would be better for some if they realized that just because they read a question here, that doesn't mean it was specifically addressed to them.

I did some simple research.

TC

I just picked up tickets to see your Pirates play in Milwaukee July 5th. Baseball, beer, brats...perfect.

Yeah, Mike Boyd and Stone are right on. The great thing about this board is that participation is a choice.

Mr. Miller commented about terms papers & such. In a related matter:

A high school senior deep in ritzy Orange County, CA, hacked into his high school database to change grades for himself and his pals.

He had applied, and been denied, application to the CA University system; changed his grades and re-submitted his application. The state noticed the discrepancy and notified his high school... and he's now facing max 35 years in prison!!!

It amazes me anew each day that the underpinings of the appraisal industry are ethical standards largely unenforced...

Have fun, the Pirates are on their way to a 16th consecutive under 500 season. I dropped my season tickets and have only been to one game. Plus this year they aren't serving beer.

...because they lost the opener. Sorry, old, old, old, joke. :new_smile-l:

Ahh, but it never gets old, really. :new_smile-l:

The Brewers would be having a heck of a year if they hadn't lost their 1A pitcher and let Gagne close for so long. Thankfully, he is now "injured".
